Not at all. We offer a price-match guarantee and supply & install lawns from £36 per m², depending on size, access and groundworks.
How long does installation take?
Most gardens are completed in 1–4 days. Larger or more complex projects (e.g., those with poor access or additional requirements) may take a little longer.
Who will work on my project?
Our own time-served, DBS-checked installers—trained to Elite standards and respectful of your home and neighbours.
Will the work create a mess?
We protect surfaces, remove waste, and clean down at the end of each day. Your garden is left tidy and ready to enjoy.
Will pets stain or damage the grass?
No. Solid waste lifts as normal; liquids drain through the perforated backing. Rinse with water and use a pet-safe disinfectant when needed. (See our Pooch range for extra odour control.)
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes—our installations include a 10-15 year guarantee (materials & workmanship). Product warranties vary by range.

Do I need planning permission?
Generally, no for typical front/back gardens on permeable bases. If in doubt, we’ll advise during your survey.
What maintenance is required?
Will weeds grow through?
We install a professional base with a weed-suppressing membrane. Airborne seeds may sprout on the surface—just brush or spot-treat.
How does drainage work?
The lawn’s backing is pre-punched and laid over a free-draining aggregate base, so water disperses quickly—even after heavy rain.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Our grasses are non-toxic, UV-stabilised and suitable for everyday family use. Shockpad options are available for play areas.
Can I see samples first?
Absolutely—free samples are available. We’ll also show real installations similar to your project.
